📋 Description

• Serve as architectural authority on customer engagement teams and own strategic platform portfolios across multiple ServiceNow workflow domains • Align customer technology landscapes with long-term platform strategies • Establish enterprise governance frameworks and architecture standards • Define and govern enterprise-grade ServiceNow architectures using TOGAF or equivalent frameworks and ServiceNow technical standards • Build strategic relationships with product owners, platform stakeholders, and customer architecture teams • Influence ServiceNow product roadmaps and champion multi-domain workflow capabilities • Shape enterprise architecture vision with senior leadership and CXO stakeholders • Align multi-year ServiceNow portfolio roadmaps with business strategy • Advise on organizational change management and platform scaling • Deliver executive briefings, formal presentations, and strategic portfolio workshops • Develop enterprise architecture frameworks, portfolio governance standards, and reusable reference architectures • Mentor ServiceNow delivery teams and partners and cultivate a community of practice • Lead executive architecture workshops, multi-product roadmap definition, and implementation complexity assessments during pre-sales cycles • Partner with Services Account Executives, Solution Sales Executives/Consultants, and Partner Sales Organizations on complex enterprise opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, strategic IT portfolio management, or senior technical advisory roles within a professional services or consulting organization; or equivalent education and experience • Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman • Strategic portfolio governance experience across complex, multi-domain technology portfolios • Experience shaping enterprise strategy at the C-suite level • Ability to produce platform portfolio roadmaps, reference architectures, and governance frameworks • Experience leading strategic architecture reviews and portfolio governance sessions • Experience evaluating AI integration, AI-powered workflow orchestration, agentic automation, and AI governance • Ability to synthesize enterprise requirements, portfolio constraints, and architectural standards into scalable platform strategies • Exceptional ability to communicate architecture concepts through visual modeling, architecture blueprints, and structured frameworks • Ability to operate independently on complex, ambiguous engagements • Curiosity for emerging technologies • Ability to build trusted relationships with remote and in-person stakeholders • Certified System Administrator certification required or must be achieved within the first 60 days • At least 2 relevant Certified Implementation Specialist certifications required or must be achieved within the first 90 days • Certified Technical Architect certification required or must be achieved within the first 365 days
