📋 Description

• Partner with customers throughout the delivery lifecycle of AI Agents on the Moveworks Platform, including vision-lock, solution design/architecture, building, tuning, and launch • Architect, design, and consult on technical AI solutions for complex customer business challenges • Design and build secure, performant integrations between the Moveworks Platform and enterprise systems • Serve as a trusted technical advisor on Agentic AI roadmaps and upskill customer teams • Synthesize customer feedback and technical gaps for Moveworks Engineering and Product teams • Generalize successful customer solutions into reusable templates and share learnings across the team • Work with Implementation Managers and the broader Partner ecosystem on post-sales technical engagements • Present solution narratives and technical artifacts to technical and business audiences • Travel up to 25% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role • Demonstrated track record of driving successful technical adoption with mid-to-large enterprise customers • Experience designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows and automations • Experience with REST APIs, iPaaS tools (Workato, Azure Functions, AWS Lambdas, ServiceNow Flow Designer), or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Golang) • Ability to determine methods and procedures on new assignments independently and exercise strong judgment • Experience leading projects and coordinating team members • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time • Ability to operate across multiple business functions and technical domains • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, Workday, or Okta • Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments and command line • Current knowledge of AI tools, frameworks, and agentic design patterns • Strong grasp of API-based systems integration, LLM-based systems design, prompt engineering, context engineering, and data modeling • Strong communication and relationship skills • Ability to develop architecture diagrams, solution proposals, and SOWs • Preferred: familiarity with listed enterprise platforms, Linux and Windows environments, command line, and current AI tools/frameworks
