📋 Description

• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects from initiation through project close • Act as the primary client contact and own the client experience • Partner with the Delivery Manager to deliver implementation phases on time and support long-term client success • Lead scoping and discovery sessions • Understand and document business requirements • Configure ServiceTitan environments according to client needs and best practices • Train clients on software functions • Create customized training resources for client-specific workflows • Ensure clients follow ServiceTitan standards and recommendations • Identify and escalate implementation risks • Collaborate with product, leadership, and Delivery Manager on solutions • Collaborate with data, training, and product teams to meet project timelines • Stay current on new and in-development ServiceTitan functionality • Travel onsite to clients 20–30% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant work experience, including client-facing, project management, technology/SaaS implementation, and/or home services industry experience • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience • Ability to manage multiple tasks to successful completion and document thoroughly • Ability to think several steps ahead and proactively address roadblocks and issues • Exceptional client relationship skills • Collaborative team-player approach • Problem-solving ability and creative solutions • Ownership of project-plan tasks to support clients • Knowledge and previous experience with Excel and SmartSheet is a plus, not required
