📋 Description

• Ensure customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with Samsara’s IoT platform • Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers • Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage • Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health • Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology • Resolve challenges with executives and day-to-day system users across numerous use cases • Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams • Mentor the wider Customer Success and Support teams • Explain Samsara platform capabilities to customers • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred • Experience supporting or working with technical products • Strong problem-solving skills • Consultative skills and experience with end-to-end system implementations • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and software users • Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution • Experience serving and supporting large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies preferred • Ability to secure and maintain the legal right to work at Samsara and in the specified work location
