📋 Description

• Direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for self-funded new business clients • Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to identify and address critical implementation issues • Lead planning and execution of organizational projects aligned with goals, timelines, and budget constraints • Develop project plans, team member assignments, deliverables, deadlines, and milestones • Conduct project post-mortems and apply lessons learned to improve project management practices • Implement and enforce quality control processes • Develop change management plans and strategies to support successful adoption • Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans • Prepare and deliver project progress reports • Direct individuals managing multiple projects and competing priorities • Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques, processes, and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, healthcare implementation, or a related field • 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, including direct management of client relationships, issue resolution, and successful delivery of healthcare products, services, or implementation initiatives • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks, recommend solutions, and drive issues to resolution within established timelines • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams • Proven execution and delivery skills, including prioritizing work, managing competing deadlines, coordinating cross-functional resources, and achieving established business objectives • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of professional work experience and education • Comprehensive understanding and strong familiarity with Aetna’s organizations representing products, services, administration, operations and systems • Working knowledge of Salesforce
