📋 Description

• Design and implement monthly pipeline programs aligned with product launches, industry trends, sales initiatives, and large events • Create training programs and resources for the Sales Development team • Launch spiffs, contests, and call blitzes to drive results • Track, analyze, and present performance metrics to leadership • Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales leadership, Strategy, and Enablement • Build trusted cross-functional relationships to improve results through monthly pipeline programs • Run pipeline programs coordinated across multiple teams to increase pipeline and activity across the country • Create and coordinate monthly all-hands communications with inspirational and creative content and messaging • Project-manage complex initiatives and ensure timely operational execution

🎯 Requirements

• Successful history as a Pipeline Programs Manager or similar role in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment • 2+ years of work experience, ideally in technology or SaaS • Exceptional organization, efficiency, and focused task execution in a fast-paced environment • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely verbally and in writing • Excellent content creation and presentation-building skills • Data-driven approach to decision-making and program effectiveness measurement • Innovative ideas for spiffs, blitzes, and motivating programs • Ability to build meaningful and trusted cross-functional relationships • Ability to run the business on time with excellent execution • Ability to project-manage complex initiatives
