📋 Description

• Own new initiatives for Seso’s HR Platform, which serves as employers’ employee system of record and streamlines workflows across employee information collection, onboarding, and lifecycle management • Own and deliver company-level business objectives • Work closely with design, engineering, and revenue stakeholders to define product strategy and roadmap • Translate ambiguous or complex ideas into clear, executable projects • Deeply understand users and elevate their voices • Combine qualitative research with quantitative analysis to inform product decisions • Drive the product lifecycle from ideation through implementation and launch • Regularly ship software that improves customers’ and farmworkers’ lives • Interact with customers across the country

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager • Structured problem-solver with an interest in improving the lives of agricultural farmworkers and the viability of the agriculture industry • Interest in autonomously owning a roadmap • Ability to talk to customers and quickly build credibility and trust • Strong track record of delivering key business results • Ability to travel 25% of the time • Must satisfy applicable U.S. work authorization requirements; Seso participates in E-Verify
