📋 Description

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements • Manage the product backlog in Atlassian Jira, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization • Partner with engineering on sprint planning, delivery tracking, and issue resolution • Track milestones and impact, proactively escalating risks and hygiene issues • Gather requirements from business stakeholders and validate assumptions • Identify interdependencies and conflicts between initiatives and pods • Contribute to roadmap planning and sequencing using data and user insights • Communicate progress and blockers to the Product Lead and stakeholders • Build low-fidelity prototypes and mockups using tools such as Figma and wireframes • Use prototypes to test assumptions and identify edge cases • Identify and scope AI or automation opportunities to improve speed, quality, or cost • Partner with the AI/architecture team to translate platform capabilities such as Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio into product use cases

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent work experience preferred • Generally, 3+ years digital and product management experience or related field • Experience in product management, software development, data engineering, or technical project coordination • Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa • Basic familiarity with agile/scrum practices and tools like Jira or similar work-management platforms • Experience with data analysis and interpreting performance metrics • Ability to work across engineering, UX, and marketing disciplines
