📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying product opportunities in new and complex emerging markets • Support development, execution, and ongoing management of Medicare Advantage product strategies • Lead the development process from inception to product launch for new products • Spearhead market expansion initiatives and support launches of new Medicare products • Define new products and provide leadership with proformas, financial analysis, competitive intelligence, market assessments, and internal capabilities assessments for go/no-go decisions and strategic investments • Drive differentiated product design using member engagement insights, clinical data, and competitive intelligence • Collaborate with market, finance, actuarial, digital experience, and other cross-functional partners • Develop multi-year product roadmaps and performance benchmarks • Serve as a product lead on digital transformation initiatives • Support health equity strategies • Cultivate key vendor relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business or Health Administration and 6 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment OR 11 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting • Experience leading and mentoring other staff • Experience in managed care product development, benefits consulting or project management • Experience working with corporate leadership, interfacing and communicating at all levels of the organization • Experience managing multiple complex priorities and a heavy workload • Organizational skills and detail-oriented • Verbal and written communication skills • Sponsorship is not available • Excel experience necessary
