📋 Description

• Own customer onboarding - we understand customer needs and own the technical onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they're accurately integrated into our system • Process improvement - develop best practices and continuously identify areas of the onboarding process that can be improved to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction • Project management - coordinate and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction • Work with a modern tech stack - we use Python/Flask, NextJS/React and Tailwind CSS.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a backend software engineer (Python experience preferred) • Embraces rapid prototyping with a tight customer-feedback loop • Interest in taking ownership of major initiatives • Team player with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple teams • Excited to learn and receive feedback from other team members
