• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 6+ years of full cycle B2B sales experience in a quota carrying role with responsibility for prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and closing new business. • 3+ years selling software, technology, marketing, equipment, chemicals, distribution, route management, CRM, or other business solutions directly to pest control companies. • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas while independently building and closing new business. • Experience managing complex sales opportunities with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles while maintaining an accurate forecast and healthy pipeline.
