📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model • Practice within a care model prioritizing clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist • Average up to 5–10 hours per week in a 1099 contract role • Conduct 60-minute intakes and 20–30-minute follow-ups, using clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length • Adapt and grow within an early-stage startup while contributing to evolving workflows and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Active Board Certified CA (California) PMHNP license in good standing • Priority given to candidates who hold at least 3 additional state licenses in open/coming-soon markets • RN Compact licensure preferred • No DEA required • Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population • At least 6 months of telehealth experience • Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period • Grounded in evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans and guide clinical care • Strong verbal and written communication • Adaptability and motivation to grow within an early-stage startup • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Google Suite • Eagerness to learn new programs efficiently
