📋 Description

• Build and lead high performing management teams by recruiting, retaining, and developing talent while driving an elevated Guest experience and accountability to results • Lead management of healthy P&L statements for all Shacks in the area, driving financial success, revenue growth, cost control, and GM collaboration • Empower and develop leaders in alignment with the Shack Pact, goals, and culture • Drive talent development, succession planning, community involvement, and employee retention • Serve as liaison between Home Office and management teams by prioritizing communications and guiding implementation of systems and processes • Anticipate Guest feedback, identify area trends, and use data to create GM accountability plans and consistent Guest experiences • Maintain compliance, protect the brand, guide management teams, and drive consistent audit practices • Establish community partnerships and support local Shack marketing • Complete regular Shack visits to validate compliance, KPI results, and healthy and safe environments

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of management and leadership experience in a multi-unit management role with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment • Adept written, verbal, and relational communication skills that allow the communication of information and ideas effectively • Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Solid financial and analytical skills with experience driving sales and profits while developing people • Sets realistic objectives and goals and implements the necessary steps to achieve them • Knowledge of principles and procedures for management recruitment, selection, and training • Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local and state health and safety code compliance • 50% travel required
