📋 Description

• Guide Veterans and their families through the caregiver search, interview, and hire process • Coordinate non-medical, in-home respite and supportive care services • Serve as a liaison between Veterans, caregivers, and VA clinical and administrative partners • Provide ongoing support after caregiver hire to promote continuity of care, satisfaction, and successful outcomes • Build relationships and provide exceptional communication in a call center environment • Document accurate and complete notes of family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system • Work collaboratively with CareLinx team members and internal teams • Communicate via phone, email, and text • Uphold the integrity of VA-funded services through accurate documentation, clear communication, and adherence to program guidelines • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, required • At least one year of experience in a productivity based customer service role, or call center environment, or a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service environment • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite • Effective time management skills and high attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Superior organization and multitasking capabilities • Goal-driven, problem solver • Professional, confident, outgoing demeanor • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise good judgment • Ability to meet performance goals set forth per CareLinx guidelines • Military experience is a plus but not required • Some college-level coursework, preferred • Previous healthcare experience preferred
