📋 Description

• Handle real-time, warm, inbound, pre-screened leads • Sell final expense whole life insurance and health insurance products • Compare products from top A-rated carriers • Provide unbiased product recommendations matching customers’ needs • Use proprietary software to analyze product matches • Deliver immediate decisions at the point of sale • Overcome customer objections and meet sales goals • Participate in coaching and apply new selling styles • Work high-volume hours during peak season • Maintain conversations while manipulating multiple systems and finding critical information

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required • 1 year of telesales experience preferred • Must possess an active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license • High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree preferred • Job stability required • Track record in career progression preferred • Hardwired high-speed internet with minimum download and upload speeds of 20 Mbps required • Ability to work prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Ability to commit to high-volume hours during peak season • Technology skills and ability to use multiple screens, proprietary CRM, and multiple systems while maintaining a client conversation
