📋 Description

• Provide skilled nursing care across a variety of settings • Provide care within scope of practice, including preparation, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans • Collect, record, and monitor patient data, routine measurements, and vital signs • Administer immunizations and therapeutic injections as ordered by providers • Supervise ancillary personnel and delegate responsibilities as appropriate • Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment • Document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift • Submit timesheets through the CareLinx app • Communicate case updates or changes in patient condition to the Care Advisor • Maintain client confidentiality

🎯 Requirements

• Active LVN nursing license/certification • Active CPR/BLS certification • Minimum 2 months of nursing experience • Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster • Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app • Ability to communicate in English • Reliable transportation to and from agreed upon shifts • Must pass a background check • Medical clearance such as TB test or physical exam may apply • Additional documentation may be required based on state law or client contract • Some training requirements may be needed prior to accepting shifts • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to use a smartphone app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets
