📋 Description

• Coordinate phone screens, interview loops and final rounds across time zones and busy calendars • Reschedule interviews quickly when plans change • Build balanced interview panels and send interviewers prep materials and scorecards • Chase interview feedback so decisions happen within 48 hours • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates in process • Send candidate confirmations, reminders and status updates • Draft and send offer letters from approved templates, route them for approval and track signatures • Maintain accurate requisitions, candidate stages, dispositions and notes in the ATS • Hand off complete records to People Ops after offers are signed • Suggest templates, automations and workflow changes to improve the hiring process • Report candidate speed and candidate experience/data quality metrics weekly

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, HR or a similar high-volume scheduling role • Hands-on experience with Rippling, including managing candidate stages, scheduling, offer workflows or reporting • Strong command of Google Workspace, especially calendars and shared documents • Ability to juggle 20+ active candidates and several open roles without dropping details • Clear, warm and professional writing for candidates, interviewers and executives • Sound judgment with confidential information such as compensation and offer terms • Preference for ownership over supervision and care for serving those who serve others
