📋 Description

• Develop and execute partner relationship strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market trends • Lead and mentor the partner management team • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners • Negotiate and manage partner agreements • Monitor partner performance and conduct regular reviews • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner solutions • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities • Develop and implement partner training and enablement programs • Provide strategic input on partner-related marketing and promotional activities • Prepare and present partnership performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or relevant work experience required • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Information Technology, or a relevant functional area • 5+ years of experience in a management position • Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events • Ability to travel 25% • Expert understanding of IT industry trends and dynamics • Expert ability to cultivate and maintain effective business partner relationships • Expert partner account management • Expert stakeholder relationship-building with clients, partners, and board members • Expert strategic planning and implementation
