📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project management for technology implementations, platform migrations, system integrations, and transformation initiatives from charter through go-live and hypercare • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across business, engineering, infrastructure, data, testing, and change activities • Build and maintain schedules, milestone plans, RAID logs, dependency trackers, RACI matrices, and status reports • Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT and engineering teams, systems integrators, and vendors on scope, timing, deliverables, and decisions • Facilitate planning, requirements, design, and workstream checkpoint sessions • Support governance routines, status reviews, escalation paths, steering committee materials, and leadership updates • Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies • Manage critical path items, overdue actions, and cross-workstream blockers • Coordinate integrations, infrastructure, data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment activities without owning technical solution design • Support budget tracking, forecasts, and variance reporting • Lead preparation for SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness • Support change management, communications, training coordination, and adoption planning • Track vendor and systems integrator performance • Prepare status updates, decision summaries, and risk reports for project leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years leading technology implementation or integration projects • Experience managing technical programs, including software platform implementations, infrastructure or cloud migrations, system integrations, or enterprise application rollouts • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with an integrated schedule and clear accountability • Understanding of technology delivery lifecycles, including planning, design, build, test, data migration, cutover, go-live, and stabilization • Ability to understand technical concepts, integration dependencies, environment readiness, data migration risks, and testing implications sufficiently to coordinate teams and drive delivery • Strong command of project management fundamentals, including scope management, schedule management, RAID management, dependency tracking, status reporting, and governance • Experience working with stakeholders across business, IT, and vendor organizations • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills • CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification is a plus • Preferred: experience within a PMO or technology delivery team • Preferred: experience managing technical workstreams across cloud infrastructure, data & analytics, DevOps/engineering, cybersecurity, or digital/customer platforms • Preferred: background in technology transformation and legacy platform migration • Preferred: exposure to enterprise governance practices • Preferred: familiarity with organizational change management frameworks and enterprise adoption planning • Preferred: prior experience as a business analyst, technical lead, or systems power user
