📋 Description

• Ship a scoped feature from design through production with mentor support. • Use coding agents to build quickly and review, test, and verify their output. • Build a skill, tool, or agent workflow that the team continues using after the internship. • Write evaluations and tests to measure the quality of AI-powered work. • Ship code to production used by millions of members worldwide. • Orchestrate and build with AI agents from day one. • Describe AI projects, including the problem, what was built, AI failures and fixes, and the result via a repository, demo, video, or write-up.

🎯 Requirements

• Internship position in Engineering. • Good programming fundamentals, including clean code, design patterns, data structures, APIs, and testing. • Built projects outside of class, such as side projects, hackathons, open source, or freelance work. • Applied AI development experience, such as building an app on an LLM API, a custom agent or MCP server, automating a task end to end, or creating evals to compare prompts or models. • Curiosity and skepticism when evaluating AI-generated answers. • Ability and enthusiasm to learn quickly and ask good questions. • TypeScript / Node.js, Postgres, Kafka, Kubernetes, GitLab, Datadog, Claude Code, and MCP are technologies used in the role. • Must be based in the United States; the specified location is New York City, New York.
