• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant professional field • 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or customer-facing support roles • Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills • A consultative mindset—curious, empathetic, and focused on solving problems • Comfort with outbound outreach, lead qualification, and managing multiple conversations simultaneously • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) • Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and customer experience teams • A proactive, self‑driven approach with a passion for helping partners succeed • Experience with order management software (SAP strongly preferred) • Experience using CRM and quoting tools (Salesforce and CPQ preferred)
