📋 Description

• Support the execution and management of affiliate marketing campaigns across assigned client accounts • Assist in identifying and recruiting affiliate partners • Monitor affiliate campaign performance and analyze key metrics • Prepare recurring reports and performance updates for internal teams and clients • Maintain accurate campaign documentation and partner records • Participate in client meetings and internal strategy discussions • Manage project timelines and deliverables to support campaign launches • Stay current on affiliate marketing trends and emerging partnership opportunities • Deliver a reliable, solutions-oriented approach to helping clients grow

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, influencer marketing, performance marketing, account management, or a related field • Familiarity with affiliate marketing tracking technologies • Experience using analytics platforms and reporting tools • Strong analytical skills • Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels • Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, PartnerStack, Awin, Amazon Associates, Everflow, or similar networks • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Previous experience supporting partner recruitment, business development initiatives, or publisher outreach efforts • PXA Industry Associate Certification or comparable affiliate marketing certification is a plus.
