📋 Description

• Facilitate interactive, role-based training sessions, virtual and in-person, for end users, key users, and local trainers as part of global deployment waves • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for regional and country-level trainers • Deliver training aligned with the global Unity curriculum • Partner with country deployment teams to adapt materials and delivery methods to local business processes, languages, and regulations • Collaborate with the global Unity deployment team, change management, and communications functions to align training with deployment timelines and readiness milestones • Monitor attendance, learner engagement, and post-training feedback to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements • Support go-live readiness, post-go-live hypercare, and refresher training sessions as needed • Deliver high-quality training enabling end users, process owners, and support teams to adopt the ServiceNow platform efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or related field • 5-8+ years of experience delivering technology training in a global environment • Prior experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM/ESM platform strongly preferred • Experience working in large-scale, multi-country rollout projects • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and digital learning delivery methods • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills in English • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences • Skilled in virtual training tools and LMS systems • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across time zones • Culturally aware and comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization • High Proficiency in English • Ability to support role during U.S. East Coast Hours • Ability to Travel 30% • A successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
