📋 Description

• Deliver consulting activities through short- to long-term engagements • Provide configuration and workflow expertise • Translate clinical operations for current and future states • Lead the clinical implementation team • Evaluate clinical and business processes • Provide process changes and process documentation • Identify problems and specify or design hardware and software solutions • Manage change, data configuration, and interface deployment testing • Identify client training needs and deploy solutions • Interact with company and client managers to ensure alignment from consulting through training and implementation • Meet contractual milestones and deliverables • Facilitate and present information transfer in person and remotely • Conduct product demonstrations • Serve as an internal advocate/translator for partners and an external promoter for Varian

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Radiation Therapist, Dosimetrist, Physicist, or Nurse • Minimum of 5–7 years clinical/technical experience • Minimum of 3 years in the job role • Ability to facilitate and present information transfer in person and remotely • Product knowledge and ability to conduct demonstrations • Industry knowledge • Self-motivated team player • Highly organized and able to multitask in a constantly changing environment • Passion for customer service and relationship building • Ability to advocate for partners internally and promote Varian externally • Ability to work in matrixed and unstructured environments • Strong multimode communication skills with all levels in both organizations • Ability to synthesize quickly and translate between both organizations • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a proven track record of collaboration and consensus building • Excellent communication skills • Must meet applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
