📋 Description

• Own autonomy end to end, defining where agents can act without a human in the loop • Build and ship evaluation suites, automated testing, and performance monitoring for autonomous resolution • Give customers real-time visibility into automated and escalated coverage and the reasons for it • Design and run journey-level A/B tests across agent flows • Own onboarding and automation so customers reach full autonomous coverage quickly • Run launch cycles for autonomy features from internal testing through early access and general availability • Enable customers through webinars, documentation, and training • Demo autonomy wins directly to customers and co-sell with sales • Act as a forward-deployed PM when needed, working with customers to scope and ship improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years working as a Product Manager in CX, ecommerce, helpdesk, or AI automation • AI-native; daily experience building with Claude, Cursor, v0, or similar • Strong problem-solving ability • Experience running structured experiments or A/B tests to improve a product metric • Technical fluency with webhook systems, OAuth flows, and complex integrations • Comfortable talking with customers, running demos, and co-selling alongside sales • Experience building trust or visibility features such as dashboards, coverage reporting, or status pages is a bonus • Experience implementing or rolling out complex systems for enterprise customers is a bonus
