📋 Description

• Identify, define, and implement business and technical requirements with business units and IT staff • Integrate systems and develop system enhancements, web services, and other products • Ensure CRM systems and related products interoperate with existing systems and technical architecture • Work with vendors to assess products and functions, resolve product problems, and influence product direction • Build new digital tools by defining requirements, designing, coding, testing, implementing, and integrating systems • Monitor and analyze existing systems and procedures and implement modifications • Improve CRM systems, software quality, and data quality • Deliver reports, dashboards, and business intelligence products • Define, implement, and improve CRM architectural standards • Stay current with Salesforce and relevant technologies • Serve as a subject matter expert for teammates and internal stakeholders • Perform special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Salesforce CRM functions, configuration options, and issues • Strong Salesforce development skills using Flows, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components • Knowledge of a modern general-purpose programming language • Knowledge of web integration architecture • Experience with structured testing and QA practices • Deep experience in information systems management • Successful track record delivering varied large-scale system functions on time and on budget • Effective problem-solving and informed decision-making skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders • Commitment to deepening understanding of systems of oppression through study, openness, and humility • Constructive, positive, kind, and growth-oriented approach • Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications are strongest-candidate qualifications • Experience with business processes and procedures of large nonprofits is a strongest-candidate qualification • Ability to organize, track, and contribute to multiple projects • Leadership experience
