📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate production software systems • Own significant technical projects from architecture through deployment • Develop scalable services, APIs, infrastructure, and internal tooling • Solve complex performance, reliability, and scalability challenges • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on technical requirements • Participate in architectural decisions and technical design reviews • Improve engineering quality, observability, and operational practices • Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience • Strong programming skills in Python, Go, TypeScript, Rust, Java, or similar • Strong system design and distributed systems fundamentals • Experience operating production systems • Strong ownership and problem-solving ability • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Fluent English required • AI/ML infrastructure experience preferred • Kubernetes and cloud platform experience preferred • High-scale distributed systems experience preferred • Startup or scale-up experience preferred • GPU or data-intensive systems experience preferred • United States work authorization or willingness to obtain employer sponsorship as applicable
