📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and enhance applications and COGNOS/BI supporting business operations within Deltek Costpoint • Provide ongoing operational support for Deltek Costpoint and COGNOS/BI • Lead strategic development of business intelligence tools for data-driven decisions and performance evaluation • Troubleshoot application issues and deliver tailored solutions to end users • Code, test, debug, modify, and troubleshoot BI tools • Define, analyze, and document business processes and practices • Translate business rules and requirements into BI and application solutions with business partners • Implement Deltek Costpoint application best practices • Consult across business operations, provide mentorship, and ensure best practices are followed • Research and design assessments in assigned application areas • Analyze problems, gather information, and provide solutions • Develop applications and extensions according to business and analyst specifications • Write technical and end-user documentation and support instructions • Communicate work item statuses to project managers and stakeholders • Collaborate with business analysts to provide workload estimates • Deliver data dimensions and training for what-if analysis • Create reports, data analytics, and dashboards • Build solutions that identify data trends and predict and forecast opportunities • Provide support assistance and training to team members • Define standards, development methodologies, and processes • Lead medium- to large-size reporting projects • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, accounting, or another related field • 8 years of COGNOS/BI development experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Advanced knowledge of Deltek Costpoint applications and BI tools within Costpoint • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL • Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external customers and team members • Advanced analytical and organizational skills • Advanced written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
