🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpretation • Native or near-native proficiency in Tamil • Fluent in English with the ability to accurately listen and write with excellent spelling and attention to detail • Solid command of linguistic theory, grammar, and language structure • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills • Computer literacy • Stable internet connection • Headphones • Secure internet location, protected by a strong password • Mandatory qualification tests to move forward in the process • Preferred but not mandatory: experience with computational linguistics, corpus analysis, language data annotation, or LLM training • Preferred but not mandatory: strong attention to detail
