📋 Description

• Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for Scrum teams • Coach and advise Scrum teams and Tribal Council Leadership on Scrum processes, procedures, values, interactions, and continuous improvement • Help teams become self-organizing, cross-functional, and accountable • Provide Agile training and coaching to teams and leadership • Schedule and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, and other Scrum meetings • Help teams plan and deliver customer value according to priorities and available capacity • Identify, communicate, resolve, or escalate impediments and issues • Run interference for non-critical unplanned work that could prevent completion of Sprint goals • Use appropriate tools, metrics, and techniques to guide progress against the Sprint Plan • Facilitate team and leadership retrospectives and drive continuous improvement • Help stakeholders outside Scrum teams understand effective and ineffective interactions with the teams • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Due to the governmental nature of these positions, only US Citizens are eligible to apply • Bachelor's degree in information technology or business administration/management required • 5–7 years of previous experience as a Scrum Master • 5–7 years of IS/IT experience required • 3–5 years of Scrum Master experience required • Experience working with teams using COBOL/Mainframe development required • 3–5 years in an Agile environment required • In-depth understanding of Agile principles • Firm understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP • Training, coaching, facilitation, and collaboration skills • Conflict management, problem solving, and decision making skills • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills • Understanding of change management • Self-awareness and empathy • Ability to motivate, encourage, and empower others • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback • Preferred: 3–5 years of healthcare experience • Preferred: Scrum Master certification(s)
