• Build and strengthen strategic customer relationships across assigned national accounts • Conduct four in-person buyer visits annually to maintain alignment and drive business discussions • Complete regular store visits, engaging with SPG personnel and understanding in-store execution • Attend and support new store openings, customer events, and key milestones • Facilitate ongoing monthly business conversations with customers to ensure momentum and clarity • Lead the creation of the annual sales strategy and establish annual sales targets • Conduct a Monthly Business Review with the Director • Identify and capture in-season selling opportunities to maximize growth potential • Deliver on all assigned sales goals and revenue objectives • Utilize ZOHO CRM to manage deals and communication • Collaborate regularly with teammates and internal partners
• Proven success in a national or multi-region sales role • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships • Demonstrated collaboration across regions and internal teams • Clear alignment with company values; acts with integrity and accountability • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills • Ability and willingness to travel nationally • Experience managing national or strategic accounts (Preferred) • Proficiency with CRM and sales reporting tools (Preferred) • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments (Preferred)
