🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in both English and Portuguese (Mandatory) • 3+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or similar client-facing experience • Strong relationship management and communication skills • Experience interpreting data and using metrics to guide client conversations • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset • Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams
