📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with clients within your assigned territory. • Prospect new business opportunities and manage existing accounts. • Ensure the successful promotion and sales of our radiopharmaceutical products. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets. • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues. • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management. • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 year degree from an accredited university resulting in a BA/BS degree. • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic sales within hospital or academic settings. • Demonstrated experience engaging in grand rounds, tumor boards, P&T committees, and multidisciplinary clinical presentations. • Proven track record of successfully launching new products and achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology sales strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of the U.S. reimbursement landscape and healthcare sales processes. • Skilled in developing and executing sales operating plans aligned with corporate goals. • Experienced in project management, including budgeting, contracting, and timeline management. • Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex clinical or technical information. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven team player. • Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically.
