📋 Description

• Serve as the primary client contact and align delivery with business objectives • Lead infrastructure, migration, and integration initiatives across cloud, network, and enterprise environments • Drive end-to-end project delivery from planning and execution through implementation and post-deployment support • Direct cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, vendors, and offshore resources • Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and scope • Oversee change management and stakeholder alignment • Apply SDLC and Agile methodologies • Provide structured stakeholder updates, planning sessions, and reporting • Optimize resource utilization across concurrent initiatives • Establish and enhance delivery processes • Ensure comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects in client-facing environments • Strong track record in infrastructure, migration, and integration initiatives • Ability to lead distributed teams, including remote and offshore resources • Experience with cloud platforms, network infrastructure, and system integrations • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Zendesk, Asana, or similar platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical mindset • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • PMP certification and understanding of Agile methodologies and concepts preferred • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus • Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry is a plus • Demonstrated commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and successful project delivery
