📋 Description

• Oversee multiple medium to large-scale complex projects independently • Coordinate project deliverables, plans, and status reports • Identify appropriate resources and coordinate schedules for timely project completion • Create project plans covering goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risks, contingency plans, budgets, and resource allocation • Facilitate status and milestone meetings with cross-functional groups • Monitor and control project risks to achieve expected outcomes on time and on budget • Collaborate with end users, business technologies, and other stakeholders to understand and prioritize project-related business goals and information needs • Monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts • Prepare project status reports and keep teams, management, and clients informed of project status and issues • Work outside normal hours when required by business needs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Generally requires BS Degree in a business field or equivalent work experience • Typically 4-7 years of directly related experience • PMP desirable • CSM (Certified Scrum Master) preferred • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification preferred • Knowledge of project management best practices and current technologies • Experience with project management methodologies and techniques • Experience with applicable business processes • Experience planning, coordinating, and administering projects in a business and/or technology environment • Experience with risk management • Experience managing multiple projects or large projects • Experience managing project plans and budgets • Experience facilitating meetings • Good verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of communication, statusing, and project management tools • Successful completion of a background check and credit check as a condition of employment, where permitted by applicable law
