📋 Description

• Provide senior-level program leadership and strategic oversight in support of the NAVFAC Audit Integration program • Support the Department of the Navy’s accelerated audit goals at the NAVFAC/CNIC BSO level • Provide the NAVFAC client with strategic audit remediation planning in a compressed timeline • Ensure integrated communication across the BSO at the working level and to senior leadership • Manage enterprise strategic-level and detailed program and audit execution activities • Lead and manage executive-level briefings on program execution status, audit readiness risks, mitigation strategies, and audit improvement opportunities • Collaborate with working-level staff and senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance; Interim Secret clearance is acceptable • Bachelor's-level degree in a Business/Management field or equivalent • Five (5) to ten (10) years of extensive experience leading complex federal organizations and programs • Demonstrated expertise in audit, accounting, financial management, change management, governance, policy development, program execution, and executive stakeholder engagement • Demonstrated ability to execute program requirements while balancing competing priorities, fiscal constraints, and workforce requirements • Ability to lead and manage executive-level briefings on current program execution status to identify and highlight audit readiness risks, mitigation strategies, and opportunities for audit improvement • DoD/federal audit and internal controls experience desired • E-Verify employment eligibility
