📋 Description

• Achieve stock sales goals and execute sales plans within assigned sales territories and/or accounts • Deliver Cooper Lighting Solutions programs and initiatives to distributor partners and contractors at branch level • Drive demand and stock sales through assigned electrical distributors • Manage inventory, local and national product promotions, and merchandising accounts • Lead sales training initiatives for distributor inside and counter sales personnel and key contractors • Provide pre- and post-order stock support and order management with the Commercial & Industrial District Sales Manager • Execute coordinated plans with distributor counter and inside personnel, agency, and Lighting sales teams • Track progress to meet expected growth goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field • 1+ years of experience ideally tied to sales and product training • Experience with Excel and other analytical tools • Ability to travel up to 50%
