• Manage Clinician files from initial submission through assignment • Ensure baseline and facility compliance requirements are met • Assist current and pending Clinicians in obtaining certifications, health documents, background screening, licensure, specialty testing, and facility-specific forms • Communicate assignment-at-risk items affecting targeted start dates • Verify requirements and send updates to the Hospital Database Coordinator or assigned VMS • Send clearance notices and proof of completed compliance checklists to facilities • Obtain and distribute reporting instructions and orientation information • Ensure Fast Start and 48-hour policies are met • Achieve required monthly audit scores and leadership performance requirements • Mentor trainees and advise on assignment and pending Clinician questions • Participate in cross-training sessions and float across business lines as needed • Collaborate with Credentialing, Client Services, Recruitment, Clients, and Clinicians
• High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ years of related experience and/or training • Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to learn new systems quickly • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment while maintaining urgency • Ability to take direction and work independently under established policies, procedures, and guidelines • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Comfort communicating with employees across functional areas • Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with occupational health • Ability to resolve or escalate problems quickly with others
