📋 Description

• Lead the growth and performance of healthcare staffing in the Provider Services division • Manage full-cycle operations, including recruitment, talent pipelines, account management, new business development, and overall team performance • Develop and execute sales, recruitment, and expansion strategies to hit revenue and profit targets • Hire, coach, and manage recruiters and account managers • Build a culture of accountability • Oversee client retention and build healthcare provider pipelines • Align recruitment with client demand • Establish and monitor KPIs, including placements, fill rates, and gross profit • Identify gaps and drive results • Partner with HR, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing to streamline processes and scale workflows • Lead the Provider Services team and manage associated work processes • Establish performance standards and monitor staff performance and development goals • Assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, and conduct annual performance appraisals • Execute supervisory responsibilities according to organizational policies and procedures • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 4+ years of experience in the healthcare staffing space • Proven success managing staffing operations, sales, recruitment, and account management teams • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with cross-functional coworkers • Deep understanding of profit margins and healthcare trends • Data-driven decision-making via CRM/ATS systems • Expert communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment and maintain a sense of urgency • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel • College degree preferred • Suitable combination of education, training, and experience accepted • Experience managing recruiting staff, including coaching, performance reviews, problem resolution, process compliance, and reporting in Provider Services
