📋 Description

• Sourcing employees for specific assignments using various job posting/search mediums. • Creatively network and use social media to contact/search for applicants. • Aggressively pursue both active and passive candidates, search on job boards. • Act as a liaison between client facilities and newly hired candidates. • Responsible for screening applications and resumes, interviewing candidates, complete reference checks. • Evaluate and recommend candidates for hire. • Ensure compliance with all employment laws. • Documentation of confidential information per HIPAA standards. • All other tasks and duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication skills (orally and written) • Personable and professional • Strong, competitive, and goal-oriented nature • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment • Ability to retain information and can independently as well as in a team-setting • Proficient in Microsoft Suite • Ability to ask and answer open-ended questions • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem solving • High school diploma or equivalent
