📋 Description

• Build and operate the agentic CI/CD stack, including autonomous build loops, build gates, integration validation, progressive rollout, and rollback • Extend the reconciliation layer to derive system truth for affected services, ticket-to-commit linkage, deploy-vs-release state, and flag state • Build the mission control layer showing what is built, validated, deployed, released, and flagged • Design the human-in-the-loop model for agent autonomy, escalation, and evidence • Instrument agent behavior with traces, evaluations, failure analysis, and drift analysis • Codify release policy as code • Meter AI usage and cost across the pipeline and drive workload routing and unit-economics remediation • Replace cross-team coordination with contracts, dependency detection, and validation mechanisms • Partner with DevOps and engineers on pipeline reliability, environment stability, and test coverage • Evolve the operating process from commit through validation to release within a FedRAMP-conscious compliance boundary

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building engineering systems in SaaS or platform environments • Experience with CI/CD, internal platforms, developer tooling, or infrastructure • Ability to write production code and build and operate systems • Hands-on depth in pipeline design, integration failure analysis, dependency management, feature flags, and progressive delivery • Experience operating LLM or agent systems in production, or clear evidence of ability to get there quickly • Experience in compliance-constrained environments such as government, healthcare, or finance is a plus • Strong systems thinking and operational rigor • Clear writing • Applicants must not require work visa sponsorship; SimpliGov does not sponsor applicants for work visas • Employment authorization verified through E-Verify and Form I-9
