📋 Description

• Manage the Singer Hub on Forma, including folders and permissions for different divisions • Create a BIM Execution Plan for Singer H&R • Support VDC projects through project setup, BIM modeling, rough-ins, and technical support • Attend VDC/BIM kick-off calls to establish expectations and timelines • Analyze hosts’ BIM Execution Plans and configure projects accordingly • Participate in BIM Coordination Meetings with Project Managers • Perform clash detection using Navisworks and Revizto when required • Collaborate with internal and external project teams to resolve coordination issues • Stay current with Autodesk Forma and other BIM coordination platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s or Technical Degree in Drafting, CADD, or applicable field of study required • Bachelor’s degree in design preferred • Minimum 5 years of previous work experience in foodservice equipment design • Mechanical systems experience preferred • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, AutoCAD, and MS Office required • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently • General math skills and ability to read blueprints and plans • Basic understanding of general construction practice • Ability to meet deadlines and follow project schedules • Motivation and self-drive required to complete tasks • Organizational and time management skills • Ability to multitask and work on more than one project at once
