📋 Description

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Global Programs contract and premium data in SiriusPoint underwriting systems. • Assist with quarterly book closing and underwriting-related data completion. • Support finance in achieving reliable financial reporting outcomes. • Act as a key contact for underwriting data quality, exception reporting, and control processes. • Collaborate with Pricing, Ceded Re, Exposure Management, and Finance. • Produce, analyze, and interpret underwriting reports and conduct control validations. • Support preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external meetings. • Assist in coordinating and administering Global Programs projects and initiatives. • Partner with IT on underwriting-system enhancements and upgrades. • Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline and automate underwriting processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in an underwriting support role or other position within insurance and/or reinsurance is preferred, ideally with exposure to program business. • Demonstrated understanding of insurance and reinsurance underwriting principles, with awareness of program structures, underwriting processes, and portfolio administration. • Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to develop, interpret, and present insights using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization or reporting platforms. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • An interest in supporting process efficiency and automation initiatives is highly valued. • SiriusPoint is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
