📋 Description

• Build platform and backend systems at Siro, across recording, integrations, AI agents, and more! • Own the end-to-end development of key features, from architectural decisions through implementation, deployment, and support • Design and build scalable backend services that handle real-time processing of sales conversations • Drive technical excellence through thoughtful code reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices • Partner closely with product and design teams to transform customer needs into elegant technical solutions • Own the health of our systems and products, and make data-driven decisions • Help evolve our development practices and tooling to enable sustainable scaling while maintaining velocity

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience. • Strong proficiency in modern programming languages, databases, API frameworks, and cloud platforms (like GCP) • Strong problem solver, with the ability to think critically and approach challenges with a first-principles mindset. • Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
