📋 Description

• Own the global PMO function and build a scalable Solution Delivery operating framework • Establish lifecycle phases, readiness gates, project classifications, standardized project plans, and close-out processes • Implement earned value tracking and improve visibility into margin, revenue forecasting, utilization, and project health • Create Project Get to Green governance for Yellow and Red projects • Strengthen Salesforce and PSA data quality and portfolio reporting • Establish global capacity planning, staffing rules, utilization targets, and governance for non-billable work • Balance onshore and offshore resources across AMER, EMEA, APAC, and India while protecting delivery quality • Lead adoption and behavioral change across Project Management, Delivery Management, and regional teams without direct reporting authority • Feed lessons learned into Product, scoping, and future delivery • Work with the SVP of Solution Delivery and influence executives including the CCO and COO

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning governance across a portfolio of concurrent SaaS implementation projects • Experience with project health, risk, delivery outcomes, and executive portfolio governance • Expertise in project gates with defined entry and exit criteria • Professional services financial management, including earned value, margin, revenue forecasting, and utilization • Ability to apply earned value analysis and diagnose margin variances • Experience designing and implementing standardized delivery methodologies • Experience creating project plans for varied offerings and implementation complexity • Global capacity planning and staffing across onshore and offshore delivery resources • Experience establishing utilization targets and staffing rules using system data • Experience with Salesforce and PSA data quality and project-level financial data • Ability to lead operating model changes without direct reporting authority • Ability to drive adoption across regions, teams, and cultures • Ability to increase PM ownership of scope, risk, customer conversations, and project business outcomes
