📋 Description
• Lead CEQA document preparation and ensure procedural and technical accuracy for northern LA and Kern County projects • Prepare EIRs, MNDs, Addenda, and Exemption Findings for projects of varying size and complexity • Direct and mentor technical staff and environmental analysts • Support private clients and government agencies with CEQA procedural guidance • Manage scopes of work and schedules across a portfolio of LA and Kern County projects • Represent the firm at public meetings, hearings, and client presentations
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of CEQA document preparation experience across EIRs, MNDs, Addenda, and Exemption Findings • Experience managing project teams and client relationships • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel • Effective and polished communicator • Strong organizational skills • Familiarity with northern Los Angeles and/or San Diego County jurisdictions and agencies preferred
