📋 Description

• Direct and manage high-impact security installation projects, including strategic planning, execution, and delivery • Develop and implement project strategies aligned with company objectives and client requirements • Lead cross-functional teams of project managers, engineers, and contractors • Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and senior management; address concerns and provide solutions • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure completion within scope and financial targets • Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans • Monitor and evaluate project performance and recommend improvements and best practices • Collaborate with Minuteman’s sales, management, and operations teams to serve customers • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted • 7+ years of experience in project management • Expertise in project management methodologies, strategic planning, and risk management • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite • PMP or advanced certification such as PgMP or MSP preferred • Extensive experience in security systems or related technology sectors preferred • Experience with high-profile or mission-critical installations preferred • Positive attitude, creativity, and sense of humor
