📋 Description

• Own and quarterback product launches from inception to successful launch • Develop a thematic approach to launches and establish KPIs to track launch performance and impact • Develop messaging and positioning for product and feature releases and bundle them into thematic launches and campaigns • Relay customer, sales, and market insights that inform product roadmap decisions and UI copy • Build and execute creative campaigns to drive product adoption and revenue, measure results and optimize • Plan and implement go-to-market targeting and acquisition strategies across self-serve and sales-assisted sides of the business • Build strong relationships and lead cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Lifecycle, User Acquisition, and Influencer Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in product marketing, or a transferable marketing/product management role • Comfortable owning product launches from inception to successful execution • Experience establishing KPIs to track launch performance and impact • Experience developing messaging and positioning for product and feature releases • Ability to relay customer, sales, and market insights that inform product roadmap and UI copy • Experience imagining and building creative campaigns that drive product adoption and revenue and rigorously measuring results • Experience planning and implementing go-to-market targeting, acquisition, and product adoption strategies across self-serve and sales-assisted models • Leadership experience building relationships and leading cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Lifecycle, User Acquisition, Influencer Marketing) • Bonus: Product-Led Growth (PLG) and B2B background • Familiarity with CRM, data visualization, and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Customer.io, Mixpanel, Sigma) • Ability to come into the San Francisco office 3X weekly
