📋 Description

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to generate candidate leads for roles across Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate business lines • Use diverse tools and resources to find, engage, and attract top talent nationally • Build candidate relationships through strategic outreach to develop talent pipelines and create a strong candidate experience • Support SitusAMC employee referrals through thoughtful communication with candidates and referring employees • Work with Recruiters, HRBPs, and Hiring Managers to identify internal talent and seek diverse external talent • Provide competitor insights, market conditions, best practices, and talent trends affecting searches • Gather and maintain data on competition, market conditions, and trends affecting hiring • Communicate industry and market understanding to recruiters and hiring managers to set hiring expectations and provide market updates • Collect and track sourcing data for analytics and reporting to optimize sourcing strategy and processes • Perform other duties assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 2+ years of industry and/or relevant candidate sourcing experience • Experience in Talent Sourcing or Talent Researcher roles in-house or at a recruiting agency • Sourcing experience within the Financial Services industry required • Specific experience in Commercial Real Estate or Residential Real Estate strongly preferred • Experience using Workday Recruiting preferred • Proven examples delivering diverse slates of candidates for hard-to-fill roles • Strong knowledge of industry, market, and talent trends that may influence recruiting • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to use LinkedIn, Workday, job boards, professional associations, and other sourcing resources
