📋 Description

• Lead client-facing discovery workshops to elicit, challenge, and validate B2B commerce and ordering requirements • Translate configured products, contract pricing, quote-to-order workflows, approval hierarchies, and account-based catalogs into functional requirements • Partner with technical architects and delivery teams through design, build, and testing • Produce current-state and future-state process maps, functional requirements documents, user stories, and gap/fit analyses • Advise clients on B2B commerce best practices for manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, and life sciences environments • Support presales scoping and estimation, including SOW input and workshop planning • Identify downstream risks and scope gaps and escalate them to engagement leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Business Consultant on B2B commerce or B2B ordering platform implementations • Direct, hands-on experience with Spryker, Shopify Plus/B2B, SAP Commerce Cloud, Kibo, or a comparable enterprise B2B commerce platform • Experience independently leading client discovery workshops, including agenda design, stakeholder facilitation, and synthesis of findings into requirements • Proven experience developing functional requirements collaboratively with technical delivery teams • Domain exposure to made-to-order or engineered-to-order manufacturing, industrial manufacturing/distribution, wholesale, or life sciences commerce • Strong working knowledge of complex pricing and contracts, punchout/procurement integration, account hierarchies, approval workflows, and CPQ concepts • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage VP- and director-level client stakeholders • Preferred: experience across multiple named platforms • Preferred: consulting or systems-integrator experience • Preferred: familiarity with ERP integrations such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite • Preferred: Agile methodologies and Jira or Azure DevOps • Preferred: presales support, discovery-stage scoping, SOW input, or solution estimation • Availability to begin immediately with minimal ramp time • Willingness to travel as required by active engagements
